The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher B3GNT5 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B3GNT5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.
LSCC are the cancer types where B3GNT5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
