Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with B3GNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNT2 results are reported.
