Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,382 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B3GNT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Poly-N-acetyllactosamine metabolic process, Poly-N-acetyllactosamine biosynthetic process, and Establishment of endothelial barrier. Each is linked with B3GNT2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Poly-N-acetyllactosamine metabolic process grouped by B3GNT2-low versus B3GNT2-high in BONE.
