B3GLCT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GLCT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,259 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GLCT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, ITGB5, and ANTXR1. Each is linked with B3GLCT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GLCT-to-partner and partner-to-B3GLCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GLCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GLCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
