Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,158 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GAT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylglyoxal metabolic process, Dendritic transport of ribonucleoprotein complex, and [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with B3GAT3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GAT3-to-partner and partner-to-B3GAT3 results are reported.
