Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,448 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GAT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylglyoxal metabolic process, Cellular detoxification of methylglyoxal, and Response to methylglyoxal. Each is linked with B3GAT3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GAT3-to-partner and partner-to-B3GAT3 results are reported.
