Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B3GAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHLDA2, GINS3, and UBE2L3. Each is linked with B3GAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GAT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHLDA2 grouped by B3GAT2-low versus B3GAT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
