Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,146 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B3GAT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Establishment of protein localization to organelle, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with B3GAT2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GAT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II grouped by B3GAT2-low versus B3GAT2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
