The most reproducible B3GALT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR3, GCNT3, and GLS. Each is linked with B3GALT5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT5-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT5 results are reported.
