B3GALNT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALNT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, RPRD2, and CDC73. Each is linked with B3GALNT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, B3GALNT2 versus POGZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GALNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GALNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
