Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with B3GALNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALNT2 results are reported.
