Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GALNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMD2, GPR119, and CACNG2. Each is linked with B3GALNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALNT2 results are reported.
