B3GALNT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALNT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,611 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1BP2, KLHDC7B-DT, and FTL. Each is linked with B3GALNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALNT1-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, B3GALNT1 versus CKS1BP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GALNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GALNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
