AZIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AZIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNA5SP413, and RNA5SP394. Each is linked with AZIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by AZIN1-low versus AZIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AZIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AZIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
