Across TCGA cell cohorts, AZIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,630 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of polyamine transmembrane transport, Putrescine biosynthetic process from arginine, via ornithine, and Putrescine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AZIN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN1 results are reported.
