AZIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AZIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L10, UTF1, and REG1B. Each is linked with AZIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L10 grouped by AZIN1-low versus AZIN1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AZIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AZIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
