Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AZGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,347 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AZGP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, AGFG2, and NOSTRIN. Each is linked with AZGP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZGP1-to-partner and partner-to-AZGP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AZGP1 versus PLEKHA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AZGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AZGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
