Across TCGA cell cohorts, AZGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,728 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of blood-brain barrier, Regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Negative regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with AZGP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZGP1-to-partner and partner-to-AZGP1 results are reported.
