AXL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,566 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, COPZ2, and DPYD. Each is linked with AXL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXL-to-partner and partner-to-AXL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AXL versus ZYX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
