AXL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AXL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,861 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGTLC1, SCGB1C1, and OPN1MW3. Each is linked with AXL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXL-to-partner and partner-to-AXL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGTLC1 grouped by AXL-low versus AXL-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
