Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,760 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AXIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOB, C16orf91, and ARHGEF26. Each is linked with AXIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AXIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AXIN1 versus ELOB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
