AXIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with AXIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AXIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by AXIN1-low versus AXIN1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
