AXDND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXDND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXDND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, BROX, and ASAP1. Each is linked with AXDND1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXDND1-to-partner and partner-to-AXDND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AXDND1 versus WDR19 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXDND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXDND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
