Across TCGA patient cohorts, AWAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,118 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AWAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COX4I1, MAPK1_S360, and RPL13_S140. Each is linked with AWAT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AWAT1-to-partner and partner-to-AWAT1 results are reported.
