Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,313 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AVPR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP4, STAB1, and GIMAP4. Each is linked with AVPR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVPR2-to-partner and partner-to-AVPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVPR2 versus ARHGAP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
