Across TCGA cell cohorts, AVPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, SPATA19, and WFDC12. Each is linked with AVPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVPR2-to-partner and partner-to-AVPR2 results are reported.
