AVIL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,070 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVIL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, CDC42EP1_S101, and THBS2. Each is linked with AVIL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVIL-to-partner and partner-to-AVIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVIL versus RAI14 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
