AVIL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVIL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,526 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLG2, RANP8, and SH2D6. Each is linked with AVIL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVIL-to-partner and partner-to-AVIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVIL versus POLG2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
