AVIL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVIL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MSH2, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with AVIL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVIL-to-partner and partner-to-AVIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by AVIL-low versus AVIL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
