AVIL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AVIL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 473 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, OR4C45, and CBY1. Each is linked with AVIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVIL-to-partner and partner-to-AVIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL21 grouped by AVIL-low versus AVIL-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
