AVEN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVEN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,723 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVEN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, ARFGEF3_S1991, and PLOD2. Each is linked with AVEN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVEN-to-partner and partner-to-AVEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVEN versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
