AVEN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVEN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM19, HACD4, and INHBA. Each is linked with AVEN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVEN-to-partner and partner-to-AVEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVEN versus ADAM19 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
