AVEN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVEN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, LINC01227, and SNRPCP20. Each is linked with AVEN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVEN-to-partner and partner-to-AVEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by AVEN-low versus AVEN-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
