Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVEN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with AVEN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVEN-to-partner and partner-to-AVEN results are reported.
