Across TCGA cell cohorts, AVEN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,855 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVEN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, Regulation of spindle checkpoint, and Regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with AVEN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVEN-to-partner and partner-to-AVEN results are reported.
