AUTS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AUTS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUTS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPAT, ENO2, and TAF9. Each is linked with AUTS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUTS2-to-partner and partner-to-AUTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPAT grouped by AUTS2-low versus AUTS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
