AUTS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AUTS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 736 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUTS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf85, KRT28, and MS4A7. Each is linked with AUTS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUTS2-to-partner and partner-to-AUTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C3orf85 grouped by AUTS2-low versus AUTS2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
