AURKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AURKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,051 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, UNG_T60, and RFC1_T506. Each is linked with AURKB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKB-to-partner and partner-to-AURKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AURKB versus PRIM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
