AURKB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AURKB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20A, MCM5, and POLE2. Each is linked with AURKB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKB-to-partner and partner-to-AURKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AURKB versus KIF20A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
