AURKB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AURKB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 312 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV3D-34, RNU4-31P, and NDUFA5P1. Each is linked with AURKB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKB-to-partner and partner-to-AURKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV3D-34 grouped by AURKB-low versus AURKB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
