Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AUP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AUP1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher AUP1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AUP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, OV, and CCRCC are the cancer types where AUP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
