AUP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AUP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with AUP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUP1-to-partner and partner-to-AUP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by AUP1-low versus AUP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
