Across TCGA cell cohorts, AUP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,393 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial mRNA polyadenylation, Synaptic vesicle recycling via endosome, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter. Each is linked with AUP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUP1-to-partner and partner-to-AUP1 results are reported.
