AUP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AUP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PC2, DEFA4, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with AUP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUP1-to-partner and partner-to-AUP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PC2 grouped by AUP1-low versus AUP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
