Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATXN7L3P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATXN7L3P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ATXN7L3P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATXN7L3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and READ show a favorable association.

UCS, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where ATXN7L3P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
