Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN7L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,516 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN7L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, ADNP, and SMARCAD1. Each is linked with ATXN7L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN7L2 versus SF3B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
