ATXN7L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN7L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,382 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN7L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with ATXN7L2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression grouped by ATXN7L2-low versus ATXN7L2-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
