Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN7L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F4, ELOA3DP, and H4C13. Each is linked with ATXN7L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F4 grouped by ATXN7L2-low versus ATXN7L2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
