ATXN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PANK4, CHAF1B, and PKN3. Each is linked with ATXN7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PANK4 grouped by ATXN7-low versus ATXN7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
