ATXN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 480 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRM1, SERPINA7, and COX4I2. Each is linked with ATXN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRM1 grouped by ATXN7-low versus ATXN7-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
